CELEBRATING OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY
Revamped Speed Wall
To kick off the Museum’s 10th Anniversary yearlong celebration, the Museum unveiled a revamped Speed Wall in the Lamar Hunt Family Sports Hall featuring champion athletes from North Texas.
Perot in the Park
In partnership with Klyde Warren Park, the Museum’s TECH Truck engaged and inspired kids during spring break with free, hands-on STEM-themed activities in the park.
A Very Special Field Trip
Our 10th Anniversary Chairs, Jessica and Dirk Nowitzki, joined students from Sarah Zumwalt Middle School for an unforgettable field trip filled with hands-on TECH Truck learning and fun.
“Becoming Jane” Exhibition Opening
To celebrate our “Becoming Jane” exhibition opening, Hamilton Park Pacesetter Magnet School students joined us for a special preview and a live Q&A with Dr. Jane Goodall herself.
Discovery Camp on the Road
Thanks to Children’s Health, our summer camp series went out in the community with four weeks of programming at CityScape Schools and another four weeks at For Oak Cliff.
Community Leaders Roundtable Breakfast
Community, education and business leaders came together to examine ways to prepare the next generation for success in STEM fields.
STEM Extravaganza
Perot Museum staff and volunteers joined Solar Preparatory School for Girls for a full day of hands-on STEM fun.
